Responsibilities:
- Provide effective and efficient nursing care to patients to ensure that the highest standards of clinical outcome is maintained.
- Perform usual and customary nursing duties and task.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and patient records.
- Monitor patient’s progress; identify any changes, acting on those changes to ensure patient is safe and comfortable at all times.
- Practice patient teaching/training to patients, caregivers and family.
- Accountable and responsible for patient assigned by Management.
- Complies with established nursing department policies and procedures.
- Ensures all medications are administered and charted according to establish policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Nursing.
- Must possess License- Indonesian Nursing Association
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a hospital.
- Must be able to work and think independently.
- Must be willing to work on shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Required language(s): Chinese & English.
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage
